YOU CAN

Download these for personal use only. That means if you want to use the AIM Icons for your AIM account, go right ahead.. or if you have a Livejournal or MSN or an account on a forum somewhere and want to use the 64x64 Avatars & 100x100 Avatars if you please. However only under the strict condition that you do not use them for commercial use or any use that would gain profit from them.

YOU CAN NOT

Copy/Redistribute/Steal/Recreate/Whatever these graphics and claim them as your own online and off. You can not use them for commercial use or as a use to gain profit. You cannot use these to create your own graphics such as layouts, wallpapers and the like as it is the same as recreating them.

If you can agree with the set Terms Of Usage; then feel free to venture forth and download what there is to offer. However if you cannot comply, then I suggest you kindly exit this section. Failure to comply will not be tolerated and will more than likely result in a warning when first caught. A second warning if you are caught at it again, but a IP ban if you continue to break what I have set down as rules.
